Please read the terms and conditions carefully before using this site, online store or placing orders by email.

Use of this website constitutes your agreement to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

 

 

PLACING ORDERS AND PAYMENT

 

Orders can be placed through our online store and paid for using a credit card through paypal.com.

We will also accept bank transfers in which case orders need to be placed via email to orders@lullabybedding.ie or by using our contact form.

Personalized and non-standard orders can also be placed by email.

Orders placed via email are considered authorized when a confirmation email is sent to the buyer

including pricing, shipping method and an Order Number is assigned.

 

 

SHIPMENTS AND DELIVERY

 

Products marked IN STOCK are usually despatched within 48hrs after the payment is received.

Products marked MADE TO ORDER and non-standard orders will take 10-14 days to deliver due to

manufacturing lead times.

We employ 3rd party couriers to deliver the items and we also offer collections.

 

 

WARRANTY

 

Our products are covered by a warranty for 12 months for defects in manufacturing.

The warranty will not cover wear and tear, improper use or accidental damage.

If we are unable to repair an item a replacement or a refund will be offered.
